This platform integrates both powerful communication tools (intranet, website, chat, forum, secured emails, video-conference, etc.), all the EU relevant information that you need to develop your project (call for proposals, analysis of the call from EU experts, EU documentation such as templates, forms, background information, useful links, etc.) and an exclusive methodology to develop your project step-by-step (logical calendar, activity based budget, IPR, templates, etc.)

Collaborative Platform for project management

Objective: To enable you to smoothly manage your EU projects while fully respecting the EU contractual and financial framework.

This unique platform integrates modules to ease the coordination of your project (on the basis of an exclusive “Integrated Management System” enabling the piloting of the project based on indicators and quality management approach), the reporting to the European Commission, to facilitate the budget management, to streamline the internal communication and knowledge management (intranet and management of access rights) as well as external communication (website).
